Our company A1 IMMOBILI Real Estate is a real estate agency with his headquarter in Cluj-Napoca, what is present on the Romanian Real Estate market with an office in Cluj-Napoca and the other in Oradea.
We recently started to build up our network of offices countrywide. The first step is to open new offices in every county town and in other big cities of Transylvania, and afterwards we would like to open branch offices in other big cities all over Romania. Our target/object is to establish a nationwide network of real estate agencies.
Fundamentally, the activity of A1 IMMOBILI is service-oriented, which means that the interests of the clients are our outmost priority, so our high-standard services that we offer to the seller and the buyer, the landlord as well as the persons who are interested in renting, have a personal character.
The offer of A1 IMMOBILI ranges from long-standing buildings to newly built houses, from parcels to commercial constructions. Our real estate agency, beside the internal demand, honors the request of foreign investors as well, as they represent an important factor of the Romanian real - estate market.
Our Agency has office in Cluj, and Oradea where many councilors cover through their activity the cities and the neighborhoods Our office - including all our agents - work in a well delimited area, in consequence they have a well founded knowledge of the real-estate market of that specific area and can closely monitor its evolution. Knowing the market so well supports us in increasing our service level.

The agency commission is:
- for renting: 50% of the first monthly fee
- for selling 2% of the total negotiated price
- for short term renting, the commission is between 10-30% from the total sum, depend of the renting period
